Paleidimo-derinimo darbai: naujų vėsinimo sistemų paruošimas eksploatacijai, valdiklių parametrų nustatymas.nnTechninė priežiūra: periodinis vėsinimo įrangos (čilerių, išorinių blokų, fankoilų) aptarnavimas ir eksploatacinė priežiūra.nnGedimų diagnostika: operatyvus hidraulinių, mechaninių ir automatikos gedimų nustatymas bei jų šalinimas.nnSistemų optimizavimas: įrangos darbo parametrų stebėjimas ir derinimas efektyviam energijos vartojimui užtikrinti.nnDokumentacija: techninių patikros aktų pildymas ir defektinių žiniaraščių rengimas.
