n-Pamainos komandos darbo organizavimas, užduočių paskirstymas ir kontrolė (20 darbuotojų); n-Gamybos ir pakavimo procesų koordinavimas (10 įrenginių priežiūra);n-Gamybos planų vykdymo, technologinių procesų ir produkcijos kokybės užtikrinimas;n-Dokumentacijos rengimas, nustatytų procedūrų laikymosi kontrolė, ataskaitų pildymas;n-Operatyvus gamybos problemų sprendimas;n-LEAN principų taikymas ir aktyvus dalyvavimas procesų tobulinime.
