We are responsible for the reliable, fast and proper sending of email, SMS and messages. Our scope includes:
the management of the reporting infrastructure;
Enable notification and personalization between channels;
Powering message tracking, analytics, and magazines for customers and support;
Cooperation with the product, support, and customer success to deliver high quality CX
