About your team
As FP & A Analyst, you will support all aspects of financial planning, analysis and reporting.You will work closely with the financial team and other departments to provide and analyse financial and operational data, budget support, forecasts and monthly reports, to monitor and report on the profitability of the company's projects.
You will help create a reporting system and financial instruments, provide financial insights and analyses to support decision making and ensure the company's financial position.
- Support for the preparation of the budget and financial forecast: to cooperate with other departments to collect their data and to combine the data into a financial model.
- Prepare monthly reports: compare relevant with budget and forecast, analyse variations and prepare management reports.
- To analyse the company's financial and operational data (e.g. income, costs, project profitability) and to prepare reports on the company's performance.
- Perform periodic cost analysis and financial control to identify savings and discrepancies.
- Analyze and harmonize data between departments and sources to create one source of truth in the main metrics.
- Cooperate with the complex functional team to drive optimization and automation of financial reports and control procedures.
- Support the implementation and management of the financial ecosystem, including measures, processes, BP & A platform and data structure.
– 3+ years of experience as a financial controller, consultation or similar (startoup or e-commerce environment experience would well have)
- BSc or MSc financial, accounting, economic, statistical or similar
- AI- driving mindset with experience using AI tools (e.g. Claude AI, Gemini, etc.) in daily work to improve efficiency and automate tasks.
- A great deal of attention to detail - you have your own numbers and others can rely entirely on them.
- Ability to actively identify gaps, take decisions on ownership, and drive them to the end.

The official fee shall be: €3. 7K - €4. 6 K per month
