Before the player buys from Eneba, they're looking for us online. What they find results like our Trustlast score, view snippets and community threads, often decides whether they trust us enough to buy.Reviews and opinions also shape what search engines show about us, and that forms what another customer thinks.

The Reputation and Community Operations Group shall manage this. We follow how Eneba is perceived, think about who drives it, and take action to make the story that people find about us accurate, current and earned.

As a specialist in Reputation and Community Operations, you will read public signals about Eneba, answer where it is important and what You will learn for teams that can identify the main causes. You will also help build a healthy and welcome community.We want to strengthen our team by a flexible person who writes well, remains calm in pressure and curious why customers feel how they behave.

– Stebėti ir reaguoti į atsiliepimus: Sekti atsiliepimus, reitingus ir bendruomenės diskusijos apie Eneba, ir reaguoti, kur ji turi didžiausią poveikį.

– Analizuoti nuotaikų tendencijas: Nustatyti veiksnius, už visuomenės nuotaikų pokyčius ir pateikti aiškius, įrodymais pagrįstas išvadas.

– Eskalate ir išspręsti pasikartojančius klausimus: Pakelti pasikartojančius klausimus su parama, produktas ir kitos komandos, su patvirtinančiais įrodymais ir apibrėžtą užklausą, ir imtis tolesnių veiksmų, kol jie bus išspręsti.

– Mažiau nei per metus rankų darbo patirtis dalyvauja ir / arba auga interneto bendruomenes ant platformų, pavyzdžiui, Reddit ir Discord, kartu su klientų aptarnavimo fone, bendruomenės valdymo, socialinės žiniasklaidos ar reputacijos valdymo, ir realus susidomėjimas žaidimų kultūra.

– Puikus raštu anglų kalba ir gebėjimas dirbti su klientais su aiškia, empatiška ir profesionalia komunikacija, yra sudarytas sudėtinguose pokalbiuose ir įsipareigojo spręsti klausimus.

– Struktūrinis, organizuotas požiūris į darbą, su stipria atsakomybe, iniciatyvus mąstymas, gebėjimas savarankiškai valdyti keletą prioritetų ir dirbti tarp komandų.
