About Role
We are looking for Sales and Accounts Manager to have and grow an existing customer portfolio. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, increasing income and ensuring long-term customer retention.
Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers
Create firm relationships with key decision makers
Incentive income growth
Regularly check client and QBRs
Identify customer needs and customize solutions
Cooperate with sales, product, AML and other teams
Ensure customer satisfaction, maintenance and performance tracking
Immediate and potential for growth
What we're looking for:
Account management experience
Background iGaming, Fintech, or related industries
Transparent English (C1 +)
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
