As a supervisory authority, you weigh up your experience and continue your professional development by providing care, instructions and feedback to a team that conducts financial crime investigations.These reviews will include Bank Security Act (hereinafter referred to as BSA) / Anti-Money pricing (hereinafter referred to as AML) and compliance with sanctions, including, but not limited to, stricter requirements for due diligence, sanctions and politically vulnerable persons, transaction monitoring and suspicious activity reporting.

You will follow a clearly defined career path and continue to enhance your specialised industry's knowledge and skills. By developing project management skills and management capacity, you will have the opportunity to move to the next level.

Manage and maintain a team of production and quality analysts. The Supervisor will ensure quality through on-the-spot checks of the members of the group.

Provide day-to-day quality assurance, monitoring, coaching and feedback across the service provider's wider team.

Monitor compliance with the metrics of individual and team production and quality.

To provide uniform, single support analysts do not meet production or quality standards to improve the work product.

Support key stakeholders in providing timely results, quality standards and project management at team level.

Ensure compliance with customer reports or communications, including SOPs changes.

Monitor the team's progress in identifying areas of additional training and report such needs to the coach and project manager.

Daily schedule management and group visits;

Bachelor's degree from accredited college / university

Human management experience - the least2year.

Knowledge and experience of multiple AML functions (e.g. EDD, KYC, sanctions, transaction monitoring)

Previous stakeholder management and delivery skills experience
