Production Planner

HR factory (Selection Agency) is looking for specialist position Production Planner. Place of work: Kaunas; Lithuania; Kaunas City Municipality. The following is a Lithuanian summary of duties and requirements according to the official employer's job offer.

prepare and maintain weekly production plans and review production requirements at least two weeks in advance;

identification of the workforce, equipment and raw materials needed to meet production demand;

monitor the performance together with the production managers and line coordinators and confirm the sending dates with the shipping department;

planning and prioritisation of production operations to ensure maximum efficiency, stable production schedules and minimum delays;

actively identify production barriers, capacity constraints and risks associated with delivery results and manage restructuring together with the relevant departments;

Communication and cooperation with other departments (purchase, production, engineering and shipping).

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, economics, mathematics, or similar technical fields;

at least two years of relevant practical experience in the manufacturing environment as a production plan;

ability to read and understand technical drawings;

The benefits would be experience in planning complex products consisting of several components.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics365an advantage;

firm customer orientation, critical thinking and analytical skills;

results-oriented approach and strong communication and cooperation skills;
