žuvies perdirbimo įmonės gamybinių patalpų, inventoriaus ir įrengimų valymas, plovimas ir dezinfekavimas. Naudojama plovimui skirta chemija. Svarbiausia užduotis – prižiūrėti esamą tvarką, švarą gamybos cecho patalpose.
