Join UAB Rietava team - modern and growing manufacturing company, where we appreciate responsibility, professionalism and constant improvement.We are looking for a technical manual (s) that will guide the maintenance of plant equipment and infrastructure, organise repair and prevention work, install new equipment and search for solutions that increase production efficiency.Your responsibility to organise and carry out maintenance and repair of plant equipment, equipment and systems, and to install new technical equipment; Planning spare parts, tools, technological materials; Organise work of subordinate staff to ensure effective repair and prevention;Ensure correct operation of equipment by training staff; Prepare technical documentation, technical instructions; Search, purchase and smooth launch of new equipment and equipment; Upgrading and updating of existing equipment according to production needs;Participate in optimization of production processes using Lean techniques; Organise and coordinate the work of external contractors; Organise infrastructure maintenance.
