We are currently looking for the start-up insurance consultant (s) in Molėtai to our team. In this position you will create strong and long-term relationships with your customers, reaching both your personal and team result. What's your business day gonna look like?• Work with a market leader: you will be employed in the largest non-life insurance company in Lithuania, which is constantly growing, innovating and maintains a long-standing position of the leader in the market • Non-life insurance expertise: you will become an expert in non-life insurance products that can respond to customer needs in the sunon your property, transport or health.• Customer advice and sales: You will take sincere care of both new and existing customers in various ways that are convenient for them: video consultation, telephone or live meetings • Digitisation: constantly improving and developing our digital systems provides convenient opportunities for day planning, band• Capture with customers, provide services of the highest quality and focus on distance advice (MS Teams) • Capacity building: for the first months of work, you will learn the knowledge of non-life insurance products and the company's systems and processes used in everyday activities.You will also improve your sales skills with internal and external lecturers • Recognition and self-realization: you will participate in various company projects and initiatives, provide your suggestions and ideas, contribute to the development of new solutions Sounds inspiring?
