Vykdyti pieno konservų gamybos technologinį procesą nuo žaliavų priėmimo iki galutinio produkto paruošimo fasavimui; Užtikrinti įrengimų, talpų ir pieno linijų centralizuotą plovimo procesą; Valdyti ir prižiūrėti automatizuotą CIP (centralizuoto plovimo) sistemą; Užtikrinti procesų kokybę ir savalaikį atlikimą pagal nustatytus technologinius reikalavimus.
