Preparation of the bar for work, maintenance of work tools and supplies. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace and customer service areas. Fulfilling special customer orders and ensuring individual needs. Organization of bartender-waiter work, ensuring a smooth service process and compliance with quality customer service standards.
