How we prepare and check Rasime.lt content
Rasime.lt publishes job offers and practical advice for candidates and employers. This page explains how automated advice articles are produced, how they differ from real job postings, and how to report an error.
Who is the content for?
Employer articles help describe the need for employees, assess the skills relevant to a particular occupation and choose which part of the selection to pass on. Advice for candidates helps you prepare for candidacy and evaluate the conditions of job offers. The examples are not a promise to find an employee or a job within a specific time.
AI and source verification
Automated advice articles are produced with the help of artificial intelligence. Before publication, the system requires research, at least two sources and references to working sources, checks text for scope, repetition, internal references and quality assessment. These are automatic checks: they do not mean that each text has been personally reviewed by a specialist in the specific field. Non-compliant texts shall not be automatically published.
Sources are provided in the article itself. The operation of a link does not confirm all its claims, and the date of publication or verification is not a guarantee that regulations, prices or labor market conditions have not changed since then. Check the original source for data relevant to decisions.
Facts, examples and illustrations
Practical examples must be separated from real customer stories. We do not create fake testimonials, employee qualifications or past selections. AI-generated illustrations are visual examples; they do not prove the identity of a specific person, a real customer order or an object made in Lithuania. A realistic image is not a documentary in itself.
Job postings and candidate data
The terms, figures and requirements of job offers must be based on information from the employer or the specified import source. Advice articles do not change the terms of a particular offer. Candidate posts and their source tags are presented separately from editorial content; personal contacts are protected in accordance with the access rules applicable on the site.
