Statybos darbų organizavimas, koordinavimas ir priežiūra objekte. Darbų planavimas, užduočių paskirstymas darbuotojams ir darbų eigos kontrolė. Statybos darbų atlikimo terminų ir kokybės užtikrinimas. Medžiagų, mechanizmų ir darbo jėgos poreikio planavimas. Projektinės ir techninės dokumentacijos analizė bei jos reikalavimų įgyvendinimo kontrolė. Darbų organizavimas laikantis technologinių, kokybės, darbuotojų saugos ir aplinkosaugos reikalavimų. Operatyvus problemų sprendimas objekte ir darbų eigos kontrolė. Statybos objekto tvarkos, darbuotojų drausmės ir saugos užtikrinimas.
