Join our War Healthcare in our exciting journey. We are currently looking for a PLM system specialist at our office in Stockholm, Kaunas or Maidenhead.

This is your opportunity to play an important role in the implementation and continuous development of our new product life cycle management (PLM) system, Trace One Devex.
You will work with system configuration, product data and process development in cooperation with IT, regulation, packaging, sustainability and operations experts.With impacts on different product categories, international markets and new business integration, you will have the freedom to make a real difference while developing your technical expertise and growing your career.
Own and optimize our PLM platform, configure and maintain Trace One Devex, including product data structures, templates, workflows, validation processes and user permissions.
Manage basic data operations, including import, export, validation, cleaning and mass loading of data in various forms, packaging and finished products.
Work as a second line support expert on PLM related issues, troubleshooting system challenges and work with Trace One solve complex cases.
Monitor the integration of the fault management system with platforms such as IFS and Veeva RIM, in cooperation with IT teams to ensure smooth data flows.
Support software testing, system release and continuous improvement of the platform to maintain performance and reliability.
Collaborate with peer stakeholders to make business needs practical systems improvements and more efficient processes.
Support regulatory and sustainability data requirements ensuring accurate and compliant product information.
Increase product data migration and integration As the war expands through acquisitions, adding new brands and companies to the common platform.
Support passenger boarding, training and documentation to enhance system entry to international teams.
Cooperate with the owner of the PLM system to shape platform priorities, improvements and long-term development.
Ranka- on experience to configure and support PLM, ERP, Veeva Vault or other corporate systems focused on basic data management. Experience with Trace One Devex is an advantage, but not a fundamental one.
