Statybos darbų procesų planavimas, koordinavimas, vykdymas. Savalaikis ir kokybiškas statybos darbų atlikimo organizavimas. Statybos objektų nustatytų resursų valdymas ir kontrolė. Statybos darbų grafikų sudarymas ir jų vykdymo kontrolė. Subrangovų veiklos koordinavimas, kontrolė. Techninės dokumentacijos ruošimas ir tvarkymas.
