Your responsibility: nEnsure line maintenance and smooth work: work with production facilities / automation, self-search and eliminate minor technical or mechanical faults. take responsibility for the outcome of the line: take care not only of personal work, but also of the effectiveness of your entire line (command),quality and achievement of the common objective. n Communicating and helping team members: provide clear information, train line operators, help them in case of difficulties and maintain a good team atmosphere. n Maintaining processes and maintaining order: ensuring that workers comply with production standards, safety requirementsm and clean (5S) principles in your workplace. n Show initiative and leadership (to be the "right hand" guide): to make daily decisions on your line, to deal promptly with emerging problems and to cooperate closely with the team leader.
